Benefits of Using a Milk Bath Recipe
There are a few different benefits of adding a milk bath to your usual bath routine that I wanted to make sure you knew about!
Dried milk contains several vitamins and minerals that can be great for your skin. The lactic acid in milk can also be good for your skin, helping to clean it and break down any dead skin skills.
The addition of Epsom salts in this milk bath recipe is awesome for easing any aches and pains. Then, the ground oatmeal can help with several skin issues and as well as balancing your skin’s pH levels.
Finally, the lavender essential oil not only makes your milk bath recipe smell amazing and creates a more relaxing bath, it has skin benefits as well! Some of them include helping to fight acne, soothing dry or inflamed skin, detoxifying skin, and preventing wrinkles.
So, getting this lavender milk bath recipe into your routine will not only make your baths more luxurious, your body and skin will benefit as well.
