1 cupchopped, dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for the dried fruit, and mix well.
Add granola mixture to a baking sheet and spread out evenly to the edges.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add dried fruit, mix well, and allow to cool.
Do not mix it any more while its cooling so that it will harden into larger chunks.
Notes
Store in a mason jar with a lid (or any other airtight container). We love to serve ours over vanilla yogurt for a quick snack or an a healthy breakfast.
