Easy Homemade Granola

Crazy easy, delicious, and healthy granola recipe that you can make at home.

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup chopped, dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, etc.)


  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for the dried fruit, and mix well.
  • Add granola mixture to a baking sheet and spread out evenly to the edges.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and add dried fruit, mix well, and allow to cool.
  • Do not mix it any more while its cooling so that it will harden into larger chunks.


Store in a mason jar with a lid (or any other airtight container). We love to serve ours over vanilla yogurt for a quick snack or an a healthy breakfast.
